I don't like gory scarey movies, but I like suspenseful thrillers.

Oh, ok... I don't remember any other lines from the movie anyway.  I have a very low tolerance for those sappy movies.

When I was about 9, my mother and I were visitin my Granny in Columbia, LA, and we stayed up late watching "Hush Hush Sweet Charlotte" on TV.  I didn't sleep a wink that night.  My Granny's house always creeped me out anyway, what with the creaking floor boards, and armadillos that would bump into the side of the house.  She was a character, my Granny, and kept a real wasps nest in her front hallway.  She swore it was empty of wasps, and it had been hanging there for a million years, but I always KNEW that there was ONE MORE WASP in there waiting to attack me when I least expected it.

JAWS...after it came out we went to Florida on vacation.  As a 14 year-old kid, I could barely get in the water! What a bummer....first time to the ocean and couldn't enjoy it!

When I was a kid, my grandmother bought an old vacant inn in New Hampshire that was in pretty bad disrepair. My parents would bring us up on weekends and they'd help with the restoration while we played in the buildings and on the grounds. I used to ride my Big Wheel down the halls and wander around all the empty rooms.

Saw the movie and had nightmares of it combined with my childhood memories for months.

Have to agree with the Exorcist.  I saw that movie when I was a kid and it freaked me out.  Saw it again when the re-released it, and it still freaked me out.

It's no Fried Green Tomatoes.
