This is a pic of South Valley Park, my favorite place to run. It's about 5 minutes from my house and where I trail run almost every time. Frequently see deer, coyotes, fox, rabbits...and I'm hoping I don't see a mountain lion here! Look really careful and you can see the trail. Took this pic this past fall.

for now, i'd have to take a picture of my basement!

here are some nice photos of lake como, which is where i do most of my running. its a little over 2 miles from my house, with a 1.6 mile loop around the lake, so there and back with one loop around the lake is a 10k. i can add as many laps as needed to increase my distance. the pavillion shown is where my brother and his wife were married.

http://www.allminnesota.com/phototrips/como-lake/phototrip1.shtml

here is summit ave., where i do some running and some biking.

There is an awesome trail that runs right along the bay. This is where I run and a portion of my bike.

Everyone elses photos are much nicer than where I train here in Atlanta.

I don't have my own picture, but this is where I run and bike:
http://www.asdl.gatech.edu/people/janosburg/photos/1995_Piedmont_Park.jpg

The second picture is close to Stone Mountain, the path (not this nice the whole way) runs from where I live in midtown, to the mountain 20 miles away.

The first picture is Torrey Pines State beach. The road to the left is the outside of the park. it is a gradual 1.7 mile climb. The road on the inside is a lot shorter but is pretty steep.

The next 2 pictures is La Jolla cove. It is where a lot of people do their open water swimming.

The fourth picture is the top of Torrey pines looking north. This where most people ride on the weekend.

The last 2 pictures is Harbor Island, downtown. It is another good place to run.

.Lake Padden, a nice 2.6 mile trail around the lake.  On the far side where all the trees are, it is completely shaded, rolling and a perfect area for Butter the Tri dog to look for cougars?

Okay, so technically, I don't in run here, I run around here!  This is Zephyr Field about 5 minutes from my house.  Best seats on cool nights are on the levee in the right hand corner.  Great 1.8 mile track around the grounds of Lasalle Park.
