Subject: 10.5.16 Happy Hump Day!

Good morning BT!

4:30am:  :50 minutes on the trainer

5:30am:  :40 minutes upper body/core

We won the meet yesterday!  My top 5 finished 1, 2, 5, 7,8.  So proud of these guys!

Wow--way to mop up at the meet!

AM: 45 minute run
PM: 2500m (about 45 minutes) of swimming with these horrible repeats with legs tied together with an inner tube. Supposed to build "power" in one's stroke. "Power" doesn't come easily to me in any sport! Think my arms will fall off--almost too tired to type!

Congrats on the team effort and sweeping the meet.

Today was 45min core session followed by 7.5mile run with wind gusts up to 30mph. Got me into the 8's with the tail wind, but put me in the 11's into the headwind. Good Times!
