Elite  4583   |  Subject: 6.11.18 Monday Morning!What's with the spam?! That's really annoying... 7:00am: first workout with my trainer Daniela. Decided this summer I really want to focus on strength. There is a small gym in town and I've become friends with the owner (Daniela) so I decided to bite the bullet. I've never done anything like this, something new! Later: hike with the dog squad! Have a great day!

| 623 | Subject: RE: 6.11.18 Monday Morning! 75 minute ride with some friends this evening. I’ve gone from being the only person in our small town riding. Three weeks ago a friend joined in. Now we are up to 5. It’s been fun to see people get excited about riding. |
