Hi Kristin and Beth and all my new peeps. I'm Rob and this is the start of my second year of tris. Last year I did two sprints and an oly. I also did two half marathons. This year I will do a couple sprints, hopefully an Xterra, the Boston marathon, a couple of half marathons, and Timberman 70.3. No time for golf anymore!
