Pleasant Training Day 7/11

Veteran  241   Phoenix |  Subject: Pleasant Training Day 7/11Would like to know if any of you guys are up for a OWS and a ride at Lake Pleasant on Saturday or Sunday 7/11 or 7/12. I am doing the Mountain Man and have done NOTHING over the past few months. I figure one weekend of training and I will be good as new  Brian, Jerry, The Chad you guys in....... Who is up for it? Help a fellow out! |

I am doing the Chino Valley tri on 7/12 as a tune-up race for Vineman on 7/19, but will still need to get a good training day in on Saturday the 11th. I may even be able to drag Dean over to the west side, depending on what his training plan says... |

It is supposed to be a recovery bike ride for me that day - I could always ride araound in the parking lot till you all got back!

Follow Chad's (Slidell4life) directions and you can't miss us! I'm supposed to do a long run later in the day so I'll probably skip the bike afterward, but I'm always up for a good morning swim. What kind of distance, just out of curiosity? I think I might just give it a go. |
