Best Male Yellow Lab Puppy name...Go!

My only yellow was Cool Hand "Luke"......he was a lot like his namesake......pretty much did everything on his own terms.  He was a blast to have around.

Nobody can eat 50 eggs.

I admit I haven't know too many labs but the ones I have been around certainly wouldn't shy away from trying to eat everything you put in front of them, as fast as possible!

Our yellow's name was Leo.  I think it's a great name for a yellow - but his was particular because he was sponsored by the Lions' service club to be a guide dog.  Unfortunately he had hip displaysia and didn't get into the program but lucky for us he came to live with my family.  Wonderful dog.  A gentle lion ... 

I try to give our dogs two syllable names with a strong ending.  I have heard that it helps in training and giving commands.  We named our late chocolate lab Aspen.  Our current black lab is named Madison, but we call her Maddie.

That's probably true.....and likely the reason Luke never paid any attention to anything I told him.

My wife's name is Misty and it seems like half the people we know have named their dog Misty.  It always makes me laugh

We seem to have followed this as well.  The family dog growing up was "Smokey" and our current dog, a Boston Terrier, is "Tucker" (although when we introduced him to my father-in-law, he didn't quite hear me and thought his name was "Pecker").

I've known a few yellow labs named "Molson".

Does she listen to you?  My wife's name has two syllables and it appears to make her say "shut up" a lot.

Have a friend who had a yellow lab and named him Wyatt. He was an awesome dog!

We have a black lab/GSH mix named Aspen. She is really really smart, well trained, and my running partner.

Nope, doesn't listen at all.  :-D
