Subject: Anyone riding this Saturday?
I need to get in a 70 mile ride and a 4 mile run. It'll be a hard ride for me (top end of zone 3) so I'm guessing no one wants a piece of that but just in case I thought I would ask.

Roughly, what speed (e.g. avg) is a top end of zone 3 for you?

Depends on the terrain but on the comet that would be about 21 mph.
