Subject: RE: 9.6.17 Happy Hump Day! Good morning BT! 6:00am: 8 mile bike ride / 2 mile brick run I am not sure what to make of this morning's work out. I am off a day since I pushed last Saturday's bike ride to Monday. So... I had this idea that it would be great if I could do a brick work out today to get both a ride and run in, but I was limited on time so I put two disciplines in to what would be a short work out in just one discipline. I think my mom would call this morning a Micky Mouse work out. I will just say I am tapering. :-) Bike: WU - 2 miles MS - 5 miles of 30 sec spin-up with 60 second rest Intervals CD - 1 mile Run: 1 mile out at mid tempo pace (7:26) 1 mile back at short tempo pace (7:06) Have a great day BT! |
