Hi team. I've put my goals in spreadsheet. 28 miles in 28 days. I've been running about 6 miles per week 3 x 2-mile sessions, so I think adding a mile per week is a reasonable increase. Swimming and strength training are the others.

Yay!!!  Lot's of fellow challenge peeps!!!  A few of you I don't know.  We are going to have a great month!

My name is Tracy.  I love challenges!  I have a cute little 9 month old boy who is a fantastic training partner.  He will be joining me on several of my runs this month.  He also enjoys playing in his playpen while I'm riding my bike on the trainer.  Sometimes, he plays with daddy while I head out on my own though.

This month, I will be spending time with my first love, running.  (Running is what got my husband and I together!  We met at a 5K.)  I will also be tracking biking, yoga, and swimming.  Thank goodness swimming doesn't count for the challenge!  I haven't been loving lap hours at the pool.  They don't match with gym childcare hours.

Anyway, it will be great to get to know all of you.  Cheers!

I'm not sure how many miles I'll be running.  It depends on my run tomorrow.  I'll put my miles on the spreadsheet tomorrow night or Monday morning.

Hey Team!

I did my first challenge this month, and am loving it!  So I'm back for more Smile  I'm training for my first marathon in April and my first half-ironman in July.  Marathon training's going well, and I'm ready to kick it up a notch by adding cycling back into my weekly schedule (haven't been on the bike since August - whoops!)

SO!  My love goal will be to bike 10 hours in February.  The bike is definitely my weakest sport by far, and I'd definitely like to get better at it!  I'm borrowing a trainer from a friend this month to see if I want to buy my own. . .  and since this time of year is cold & icy here in Chicago, that will probably be the only way to get my bike time in!

Other goals I'm tracking:
100 miles run
6 hours strength training
4 yoga classes

I'm Nicole. Many new names in this month's challenge which is very cool! I'm pretty much a challenge junkie but I do end up burning out a little and take a month or two off each year.

My love is biking, biking outside, but February weather is so very sketchy so my Love goal is my second love, swimming. 18400 meters. I'm also tracking bike, run, and Yoga/Pilates sessions just to keep me accountable.

I can tell that it's going to be a great month!

Okay, here we go.
I'm Laura, and this is my fifth challenge. I see some of my previous teammates, and some names I recognize but haven't gotten to know yet. I will be traveling during the first part of February, and without internet, but never fear. I'll still be getting those workouts in.
My love goal is running, and I'll be tracking biking and yoga sessions as well. Looking forward to feeling the love this month.

Hi everyone.  My name is Dan and my <3 goal for the month is biking.  I just got a trainer and that will help me on those days when it rains, snows or is just too darned windy.    My goals are plugged into the spreadsheet and my target is to be done by Feb 22 with the bike goal (due to travel plans).

Go Wildcats!  I don't miss that Chicago weather one bit.

I love the challenges because they "guilt" me into getting off my duff and out the door!

My  "heart" goal is Running.  I put in miles instead of sessions which is a bit of a stretch for me because I won't have the out of quitting early!  LOL

I will also track bike, swim, and ST just to stay accountable and balanced.

This is my first season of tri though I have been training since the fall.  It looks like I may get to do my first duathlon this month!  And sign up tomorrow for my first tri.  Wheee!!!
