We bigger folk tend to focus on what's harder for us, hills, hills, joint pain, hills, wind, and hills....
So what do you think you are GOOD at? Don't be shy!
For me, my swim is my strong point of the three. Maybe the fact that water takes a lot of the weight issue away or that by being horizontal, we tend to have a similar cross section to the water as a smaller person, unlike running or biking where my 6'8", 230 frame feels like a sail when the wind picks up. (or the extra BF helps me float! )
I yeah, I'm also very good at getting things off the top shelf at the store! |
