Subject: Final FTP Bike Test Tonight!!!Hi BT'ers...so, I have my "re-test" for my FTP for the bike tonight...30 minute warm up and then the 30 minutes all out... Coach says to eat a good lunch...so, my question is, would that be protein, or carbs, or both? Thanks...your help is MUCH appreciated!!
