Lakeside Olympic Triathlon : Official Thread

Looking forward to it!

I am doing lakeside, wasnt planned but 8 stitches in my arm thursday kept me out of wasaga.  Just came back from doing the bike route.  It is pretty hilly and some spots on the roads are a little rough.  I enjoyed this course and had a good ride too.

I was up there about a month ago.  The roads really took a beating this winter.

Good luck to all. The weather looks good - cool but clear.

My wife pointed out that there is some sort of festival in Stratford -Its only a 20 min. drive from the race so we'll be doing some 'touristy' stuff after the race.

I'm nervous as hell - This will be my first lick of excercise in 4 weeks since I came down with a bad flu.
