Subject: 5.23.13 Thursday StuffGooooood morning BT!
4:00am: 65 min run: 1 mile WU/6X400 at 5K pace/a bunch of 30 second sprints/all with a bit of a recovery jog. I'm not sure what to even call this run!
5:15am: 30 minutes of strength training
Today is my Friday! Older daughter has fastpitch games tonight and then a tournament Fri-Sat, fun weekend ahead with Monday off to boot! Life is GOOD!
Goal for me: run Friday and Saturday morning while at softball tourny, we'll be in a beautiful area of Utah.
