Subject: RE: Dog Walks Everybody does it a little different. Do you use your log to record all exercise or only running miles? Are you thinking of the walking miles as a warm up and cool down of your run? Personally, if the walking was at a separate time of day - like I walked the dog in the morning but ran in the afternoon, I would record the walking as walking under sport. But if it was all one workout I would not bother and record the whole thing as a run. I want to know total miles on my feet and I often take walk breaks during my runs when I'm trying to build distance. Then I would write up the details in the blog portion of my log. Like Bear said, it's your log. You can record it anyway you want. It is there to track what is important to you. And nice run by the way!!! |
