Subject: RE: 11.8.16 Tuesday TrainingI took an entire week off from training as I finished my seasons last triathlon last weekend. Speaking of which I never did file a race report. Today was my usual 3.6 mile run around town. Mid 10's pace, leg muscles wondering what the hell was going on, ab muscles tightening and cringing, heart rate up and oxygen efficiency down. Not a hard run but definitely felt the week of loafing around. Now that I don't have any races scheduled I am in training limbo, not quite sure what to do. I feel so lonely and unstructured, lol! |
