Subject: RE: limited cycling timeI think you could realize some pretty good gains with that level of training. For those three workouts, I would do: 60' with a focus on VO2 max intervals 60' with a focus on threshold intervals 120' with a focus on longer sweet spot intervals (like 4-5 x 12+') with the remainder just endurance riding in zone 2. This is of course assuming you know how to structure those based on some measurable output of that workout (power or HR, though you could get away with RPE I suppose...). |
