Good morning BT!

4:30am:  95 minutes on the trainer--main set: 8X6:00 moving from Z2-Z4 w/ 3:00 recovery.  Yeah, didn't look so hard written out.  The execution of the plan told a different story!  That was tough.

Later:  OWS out at Blue, as always crossing my fingers I have the lake to myself...gotta get my cannonballs in at the end!

Elton...good decision on the swim shorts

Have a great day!  Happy packing Karen!

Ouch--It's the short recovery that makes that one nasty in my book!

Something similar here with 4 minutes hard and 2 minute recovery, only (sob) as this was a sprint-related workout, no Z2 or even Z3 was involved. Quite a way to wake up! About 1:10 total--had to cut the cool down a little short as I was running late--couldn't seem to get going this AM. For some reason my cats made a big ruckus at 2 AM (chase, knocking stuff over) and I couldn't get back to sleep till about 3:15, then had to get up and hour later. Grrr....

Still packing. Took Rover, his box and tools, etc. to the shop to let them handle that part. Crazy, but I am going to take Rover and White Terror (roadie) over there for baby-sitting before the move next week. I just do not want to keep track of movers, valuables, cats, AND two fragile bikes that really don't belong in a moving truck. Tank the MTB can go in the truck, or I can come back for him later (he lives down in the basement with everyone's motorbikes.)

Heading off to bed soon as need to swim early AM tomorrow. Good luck with those cannonballs!

Six mile run this morning which was my speed work out. I pushed myself a little more as I grow comfortable after the injury. No issues or set backs so gaining more confidence in my leg to handle the faster pace. Weight training and core work after run.

Kim: That trainer work out is tough. I done that work out on the road but never tackled on the trainer. Hats off to you.

HotRunner: Hope you get the moving behind you and enjoy the new place.

Have a great day everyone!

Knocked out six miles this morning nice and easy, and plan to ride a bit on the trainer after work. Still primarily in running mode based on the events I've got coming up, but want to work on my cycling fitness in the meantime.

Been forever since I've posted in here.

Trying to get back at it again. Nice 22 mile ride and some strength training for me late night.
