RULES:
1 ) Your workout needs to be posted for ALL to see! Workouts that include "situps, 20 reps" will not be counted. We are looking for WORKOUTS, this is an event of EFFORT, make sure you are working hard!
2 ) Trash talking is encouraged, just make sure to keep it in good fun! Most everyone on BT has a great sense of humor but think for a second about what you are posting. saling4, no more talk about my kilt, or I'll hit you with your purse
3 ) the most important rule - NO QUITTING! You are on a team, make sure you think about that BEFORE signing up. Everyone wants their team to win but if you slack off, it makes it tougher on them and kills their hard work!
4 ) If you go longer than 1 week with ZERO posts, I think a Team Captain has the power to boot you!
Take mesurements and pictures, believe me, it really hepls after 2-3 weeks!
We can clarify the rules later this week I think.
