nothing, my pacing was the best it's ever been, probably the best race I've run

I am going to miss running in Fort Story. I really like the course.

Good luck with your long run next weekend. Just think, after next week, it is time for you to taper.

Congrats to you as well! And great job on your pacing. I struggled with that a lot. Since I've only done 5Ks, my 5K was great, but the hanging on for the second 5K was tough.

Perhaps I'll be able to run this with you next year since it looks like we may be moving to northern VA this summer. Hey, I'd make the trip south to do the run with a fellow BTer.

Time to put the old feet up, no?!
