What do you do when your on the trainer, because obviously if you look at the floor or wall for hours it gets a tad boring.

I've DVRd alot of the triathlons and cycling footage and usually just watch one of those if I'm on the trainer.

I catch up on my DVR...which is seriously lacking right now because of summer reruns!

My other standby is movies...or DVD's of TV shows.

Movies I have never seen before are the BEST...I save those for the truly tough trainer rides!

Movies, sports, NCIS, CSI, things like that.

Saturday I watched all of Ghost Rider, and then an episode of NCIS.

I've done the TV watching thing, but regular old shows don't always hold my interest enough. Lately, I've been watching Tivo'd triathlon footage from the Universal Sports network. I'm never going to do an Ironman, but watching OTHER people do one gets me going - weird, I know.

Sufferfest Podcasts, so cycling specific workouts. I don't use the trainer much though, probably less than 10 hours a year. I don't have a TV, so that's not an option. I tried to watch a movie once, but I found that I would just keep riding the same old pace, spinning my legs while I watched, so the cycling specific workouts are the only thing that keeps me focused.
