Subject: RE: Half as Warmup for FullNope, a half is a good test of your fitness and a great training day for a full IM. Also a good place to check out your nutrition strategy. I am doing IMWI on 9/13 and I did a half in the end of July. Depending on how you recover after your IM, a half a couple months afterward might not be a bad idea... I won't be doing that, though. (! ) I'm going to be absolutely FINISHED training for a little while.  |
