Swim
What would you do differently?: Swim slightly more to the outside to not end up running into as many people. Was like driving at rush hour, go FAST, stop. Pile up behind you... Transition 1
Bike
Transition 2
Run
Comments: Nasty pain in my left side for the first 1.5-2 miles kept me from feeling like I was in good form. Went away and the last 1/3 of the race was much better. Post race
Warm down: Long walk, drinking lots of 'rade. What limited your ability to perform faster: Mainly just the first part fo the run that I was all stitched up over. Event comments: My first tri. Very happy with it and had lots of fun. My goal was 1:20, my swim was much better than I expected. Now it makes it harder for me to see where to improve. :-) Last updated: 2004-06-30 12:00 AM
