Since the site upgrade the emails I get when someone replies to one of the threads I'm watching doesn't show the link to the site as a hyperlink in Yahoo.

This might just be a Yahoo issue, or might be a special character issue.

I played with forward/replying to the email in Yahoo and if I simply put a return at the beginning/end of the line it comes through as a link. If I just forward the email to myself it does not.

Might not be an issue for other mail clients, and certainly I can copy and paste it, but thought I would mention it.

I also now seem to be getting emails on my own updates, previously I was only emailed when someone else made a post.

Ok, it seems by the time I posted the first note the problem may have been solved, as I noticed I had my link back in the update I got from posting it.

You are ahead of me a step. The self notification is still an issue though.

In the notification emails for thread updates, the link info is not coming through as a hyperlink.  I am using Yahoo email.  Is this a problem with my email settings or with the site updates?  Links in emails from other websites show up correctly in my emails.

BTW I am enjoying the new layout of the site!

The doctor says not to run again. Ever. Needless to say, I’m not taking this very well. Can I recover from this? Where should I go from here?

I usually have at least one workout per day, sometimes two or three, but I spend about all in-between time eating. I am not gaining weight, but I am not losing weight either. Should I be concerned?

My thanks to the triathlete community for being there when I need you. That’s the beautiful thing about triathletes. None of us are all right, and no one expects anyone else to be.

As a triathlete, there is one acronym that you just can’t fathom ever having next to your name in a race report – DNF: DID NOT FINISH.

If you have the desire to get better you should think about implementing some sport rotation into your season. Letting your body focus on one event at time will help it adapt more quickly.
