Elite  4583   |  Subject: 3.23.15 Monday Morning Once AgainHow is it that the weekends go by so fast! Good morning BT! 4:15am: 1:50 on the KK. I am officially sick of being on my bike--3 days in a row! Thankfully tomorrow is just run + strength! Later: would love to get out to Blue Lake to swim but we are experiencing some very high desert winds today--I'll see what it looks like after school. Have a great day! This is our last week before Spring Break! Yes! |

| 467 , Wisconsin | Subject: RE: 3.23.15 Monday Morning Once Again Warning, a bit of bragging coming up: I'll either swim 1000 yards today or take the day off. Yesterday was my first 5K run in about 30 years and I got second in my age group! Didn't stick around for the awards because I thought the sheet said 4th place (didn't think to bring my reading glasses to a run) . Got home, looked online and official results 2nd place. I spent the first mile trying to wind through about 300 people before getting into my own pace. This is one happy 60+ yr old who is glad he didn't let a few medical issues and doctors dictate how to live . . . |

For me this morning: 5am - 6 mile run 8:30- 40 min strength work 9:30 - 50 min cycle class. Spent another 15 min stretching and on the rumble roller - OUCH - I thought the regular foam roller was effective, but I may need to get one of these! |
