Subject: RE: 5.12.16 Thursday Work!Good (Friday) morning! Great training day and hope divisionals go well! My Thursday was: 7:30 am: 11 k run, with 10 x 400 m on 1 min rest (track). The run was also my work commute. 5 pm: 4.7 k recovery run home from work 7:30 pm: 2400 m swim with 4 x 250 m threshold pace on 20 s rests Taking the morning off today - will get a recovery swim in on lunch break and an easy spin on my new (!!) road bike after work.
