Subject: 1.8.17 Sunday No fun Day
Good morning BT! My plan this morning calls for a swim and a run but we got yet another snowstorm last night--I will not be able to get out to Blue Lake today! My trails will also be covered and in town roads are full of ice so I guess treadmill it is for 60 mins. How many weeks until spring?! Have a great day!

Sorry to hear about the weather impacting your workouts!

50 min "hilly" treadmill workout this am
1 hour pool workout this afternoon.

Oh no! My parents wrote and said we got a lot more snow, followed by ice, and now so much rain there's supposed to be flooding.....

42 minute swim and one-hour trainer ride here. I was okay (marginally) for that, but spent most of the day after noon sleeping or just lying on the couch, too tired to do anything but sleep. Really getting hit hard by the jet lag/heat combo--I've only been up for anything between about 3 AM and noon. Now wide awake at 4:45 and ready to start on Monday's workout.

Teacher workday here--hope I make it till at least 3:30 without reverting to zombie-dom.

Was supposed to do a 90' ride outside, but with the temp at 22, decided to use the trainer. Challenging ride - legs now feel dead. Have a great week!

We have more snow and wind, and I think a bit of freezing rain here, most of the US seems to have crummy weather right now!

I ran a miserable 8 miles on an indoor 200m track at lunch today, I think it was better than a dreadmill?

Ah woke up to temps in the low 40's and was in the upper 50's today with bright sunshine, finally no more winter summer!  Nice long walk with the dog, strength WO, mowed the yards, and did a 30' trainer ride.

Lots of rain here in the desert. Today was nice enough where I had to get outside. 40*-45* Today was a long time since I did a fairly long run, been a couple months. Later in the afternoon it got sunny and up to 53* with no wind, I wanted to get the bike out but after the run I was kinda burnt.

Got in 7.5 miles in at a 10:00 pace. I could feel the L knee, L achilles, quads, etc. Just the pains that come and go, although that left achilles was getting to be more then the normal come and go pain. Going to have to keep a good feel out for that one, might need a little more stretching. 

More rain on the way tonight and throughout the rest of the week, rain gives me the blues
