Waiting for my hubby to get home from a conference he's been at for the week--I managed to keep the house standing, the kids and pets alive--before heading out for a 90 minute mountain bike ride--can't wait. This is my favorite workout of the week! To all you BT dads--Happy Father's Day and thank you for being a great role model of health and fitness for your kids! Have a great day!
