Subject: 2.7.18 Happy Hump Day!Good morning BT! Our internet was down yesterday morning and forgot to start the thread once I got to school!
4:45am: 35 mins on the trainer followed by some rolling and stretching.
On the way to the airport this morning—hubby and I are flying to Philadelphia (along with other staff ) for an education conference. The Eagles parade is tomorrow and a few blocks from our hotel—could be interesting! Budweiser is giving out free beer along the route—which could make things even more interesting!
With my slight overuse injury plan to do some strength & stretching stuff the rest of the week.
