Subject: ABS / CORE General Board May - JuneHello everybody and welcome . Use this thread for general chit chat and SMACK TALK This is going to be a fun couple of months. It seems like a lot of fun people are signed up for this challenge, which makes it fun for everyone! Find the rules below, go to your neutral corners and when the bell rings, come out crunching!!
1 ) Minimum of 8 various sets or exercises
2 ) A Core / Ab workout of 15 mins minimum counts (ie yoga, pilates )
3 ) Workouts need to be posted in personal logs and need to show what and how much you have done
4 ) If you go longer than 1 week with ZERO posts, a Team Captain has the power to boot you!
5 ) Weeks are from Sunday to Saturday.
6 ) No hitting below the belt, hair pulling, or eye gouging. Jello wrestling is fine, but the vodka needs to be at a 1:1 ratio and can't be deeper than 10"s
7 ) If you need out of the challenge, please let your captain know so you can be removed from the list.
8 ) LOTS OF SMACK TALKIN'
9 ) Most important, don't cheat, you'll only cheat yourself.
