Use this thread for general chit chat and SMACK TALK This is going to be a fun couple of months. It seems like a lot of fun people are signed up for this challenge, which makes it fun for everyone! Find the rules below, go to your neutral corners and when the bell rings, come out crunching!! 1) Minimum of 8 various sets or exercises 2) A Core / Ab workout of 15 mins minimum counts (ie yoga, pilates) 3) Workouts need to be posted in personal logs and need to show what and how much you have done 4) If you go longer than 1 week with ZERO posts, a Team Captain has the power to boot you! 5) Weeks are from Sunday to Saturday. 6) No hitting below the belt, hair pulling, or eye gouging. Jello wrestling is fine, but the vodka needs to be at a 1:1 ratio and can't be deeper than 10"s 7) If you need out of the challenge, please let your captain know so you can be removed from the list. 8) LOTS OF SMACK TALKIN' 9) Most important, don't cheat, you'll only cheat yourself. Don't know where all the smack talk went, but I know that some people need to go get bent!! I have been working out on my gut, so that when I am competing in a tri, I make the cut. Here are the Week 1 results, Team Blue has a slim lead, BUT they are also the team with the most no workouts in week 1 and to prevent averaging calc issues, 0's are not calculated in the percentage averages. So in reality they are not in 1st place try as they may I attached the full 'All Teams' spreadsheet file (ZIP). I changed a team member from Red to Black that was an over site, so Jonny Bee is now on Black not Red. Also I updated the weekly 'sessions/week' YES or NO determination to be based on the % of the challenge (weeks) * the 'Weekly Totals'. This actually works now as you can see weekly who's on/near pace or way behind...Happy crunching ya'll!
