this would totally take me out of my comfort zone...therefore I must do it next year (not close to ready now).

It's a gorgeous area, and I can just imagine how tough this race must be.  Lots of elevation change.

Oops...maybe not next year...field is limited to the first 150 entrants, and the qualifying race standard is a sub-7 hour HIM.  That's a ways off for me.

It's on my tentative schedule for next year, assuming i go sub 7 at Pumpkinman.  I went 7:05 at Wildflower, so here's hoping.....

Have a good friend that did it and is going back in 2009.

It is in such a beautiful place it is almost a shame to have to race it - too tempting to slow down to enjoy the views.
