Luv this site. Started posting last week w/o introducing myself. Let me start off by clearing up a common misconception about my screenname. When I'm not training for tri's my other passion is playing craps. The dice are often referred to as bones, hence rollinbones! All you old Dead Heads and the like can think what you like, hahaha! I use it for everything so I don't have to bother remebering others. Whew, o.k back to tri's. I've done the same sprint in NY 4 times but I had back surgery in August 2001 and have finally worked myself bak into pain free shape. So, I plan on making my return this sunday! I'll be 40 in July and figured I give it one more shot before I go over the hill!! Look forward to sharing and learning. Good luck on the courses, the tables and in life, Mark

Mark, very inspiring! I like your story about your screen name...Good luck to you and remember that 40 is not really over the hill once you have reached that wonderful age. I agree that you have many years left to Tri... ;-)
