I've typed stuff into my blog via the "Blog it" button  multiple times today.  It let's me type, I hit save...nothing appears on the page.

Was there some kind of recent bug fix that may have caused this? Or is my computer just being finicky today?

I'm using the work computer...so cruddy old ie 8 on a government machine.

THis is happening to me as well today.  I am using Safari on a mac book pro.

I can open the "blog it" link and see what I've written but it doesn't show when I save it.

Yes. Same here. IE 8 and Chrome. But it looks like it's under control. Kiss

I've had shoulder problems since the very beginning of tri training. I did see an ortho who took x-rays and said I have a type II acromioin. I'd love to know some stretches to help my flexibility.

I'm going to let you in on how to get faster by doing nothing. Well, not exactly nothing, but you won't have to raise your heart rate, put out 300 watts, or really even break a sweat.

I went into the pool area (as this was a pool swim) and got body marked. That's when it hit me that I was there to race - this was not a clinic.

Imagine gliding on a fresh stick of butter just placed on a hot frying pan. Now imagine sliding along an isolated country road almost effortlessly. You’ve just imagined yourself on a Javelin Narni.
