Is this Heaven? No, it's Iowa.
Subject: Been a while BT

I just realized I hadn't signed into BT for 2 years.... basically since my last triathlon.  Good to see it's still going strong! 

Anywho.....  time to get in the pool and practice flip turns.  Since they are key to triathlon success.
