Run
Comments: The past couple days I have been nursing a cold so my aspirations of really pushing this run like I wanted to had waned. My goal today was just to run on a sunny day with friends and do what I could. The first couple miles I was able to keep up a pace around 8 m/m but after that i got winded and lots of negative thoughts began to filter in. Pace slowed down quite a bit while I watched isis pull away doing a smoking pace! Post race
Warm down: hung out and chatted with patty and joanne post race. Joanne ended up getting 2nd in ag!!!!! woop!!!! so that was cool. What limited your ability to perform faster: simple fall cold. Event comments: race was for a scholarship group. pretty course, well organized with friendly volunteers. Last updated: 2006-11-11 12:00 AM
