For the "Brick" column, do you just want to the number that you've done? Or do you want to make it a goal? (For example, the goal is to do 5 bricks during the month, etc.)
I would just keep it there as a way to keep track . I know during my first race of every season i wish i had done more open water swims and bricks . Nothing like a early race to get you motivated, in the swing of things and help focus training. |
