Subject: RE: 6.13.16 Monday Morning!!In addition to my daily 2 minute plank, I hit all three sports today. I did a short brick this morning with an 8 mile bike followed by bit more than a mile run. I had a kid hit me on the bike trail this morning. I've got two pretty bruised (hopefully not broken ) toes on my left foot. Bike seems fine though.
This afternoon I went for a swim. I didn't have a lot of time and the age group coach was trying to get me to change my stroke which tired me out in short order. I only got 1000 meters in before I was out of time and energy. Perhaps being in the meter pool instead of the yard pool had something to do with it too. I had about 4 hours rest between the run and the swim, so I doubt it had much effect.
After that it was off to the union hall to get my first aid and CPR/AED recertifications.
