Probably will go to the YMCA for a 30 minute quick run. Trying to get my husband involved, but so far no luck. After that, I will make our Sunday Dinner, do laundry, some income tax work, and finally drive my son back to school at about 6pm. ;-)

13 miles on the road bike. First outdoor ride of the year. First time the old 12-beater saw pavement in about 9 years.

50 minute run workout which includes warm up and cool down.

Nice 45 minute leisurely walk with a friend after lunch.

You guys are too inspiring. It's been rainy and cool here in central Texas...reading in bed weather. I need to get out and do something today...maybe I will get a short run in?

55 min on bike trainer plus arm weights. My legs need a break, but I can't swim yet due to ear problems...arrgh. I am tremendously jealous of the outdoor ride mentioned above...

30 minutes on the treadmill- 5minute walk, 20 minute jog at 6-7 mph (7mph really pumps up my heartrate!), and 5 minute walking cooldown. 2.6 miles altogether.

Ran 10 miles in the freezing cold this morning. I ran on the trails even though they were covered with icey snow and I thought I was going to fall when I was going down the hills. It warmed up in the afternoon. I ended up walking the dog three times today. The morning walk was short because she didn't want to be outside so she go an extra walk in the afternoon.

Easy bike ride 12.5 miles, thankful that there is no ice or snow here.

Did a long bike today. Felt horrible... Berkeley is a very, very hilly place and although I'm doing a lot of better keeping my rpms up on the flatlands, when it comes to the hills, I'm soooooooo slow! But I do it, and that's significant!!

Miles... approx 20 and finished in 2h 20 m. As I said very, very hilly.

I'm testing my lactate threshold this week. Today I did the bike on an indoor trainer then spun down for about 30minutes. It whipped my sorry butt!!!!
