Feeling any better?

It's amazing what/who the first page of a TAN brings out. 

I am thanks - slept most of the morning, and feel like I am going to beat off whatever is trying to ail me....

packed my bike for the trip to the great white north which made me sweat a bunch and get rid of the rest of the bad germs....

Mission Accomplished.  I'm thinking of going with food theme avatar's for at least the next month.  'Cause I'm cruel like that.

So - back to the cotton candy thing in TAN 35....

About three days. And it was tres long; don't know if it was a record, but it was a lengthy one.

Are you racing this weekend or just having some fun? 

visiting my kids in camp for parents' day - but found an Inn 20 minutes from their camp, on a lake - so figured I would train there for my race NEXT weekend (and 2 weeks after that....) 

they exist in parallel universes 

85 is well beyond the life expectancy of a TAN.  (Normally if we start a new one, they just freeze the old one.  We just kept talking about it for hours and hours, and I am a woman of action.)
