Subject: The NY20 Challenge!I've been a slacker the past couple months, with far too many excuses (work, health, yada yada) and not enough training. I got down to 196 pounds several months ago, but have slowly crept up over 200 again which is NOT GOOD! So I'm starting the New Year 20 Challenge! The goal is simple: Lose 20 pounds by 2009. The challenge will start today, and will run through 1/1/09. (That's 19 weeks and 3 days, or roughly 1 pound per week.) Just get your new weight to me each Monday morning. I'll keep a list of everyone's weekly weigh-in, along with overall progress. So who's in?  |
