I have never seen two more excited girls in my life than silver and bronze medallists in the womens 100m hurdles: Sally McLellan (AUS) and Priscilla Lopes-Schliep (Can)

(the winner was from the US Dawn Harper... but she wasnt quite as umm... pumped as those two!)

Screaming, yelling, hugging and jumping up again together!!! They were running around with no idea what to do Loved it!

There arent pics up from the race yet.. but here is Sally:

Did you see the Jamaican girl that won the 100m? She was really excited too and couldn't stop jumping around. I loved it.

The silver medalists were not as excited. They were just watching the camera replay, which I don't blame them for. That was a fun race.

It seemed like Dawn Harper was like in shock.  I watched the NBC coverage last night and she walked around for a few minutes afterwards just saying "What?" over and over again while staring at the screen.  In the mean time silver and bronze were flipping out, lol.  They were cute to watch though, so happy!  Either way I felt so bad for Lolo

Says it all really... would be great if everyone looked this happy for Silver and Bronze! (you can see Lolo really feeling it too)

I thought she handled it very well when they interviewed her.  Very gracious.  Then they had to go and show her in the tunnel, her heart breaking.  I didn't like that much.  Give her a minute and leave her alone a bit.  That doesn't need to be on TV.

100% Agreed!  Poor thing   I loved that even during her interview she gave the silver medalist a hug and said congrats.  Class act.

Lolo Jones is easily the most beautiful woman on the planet.  She moved Mariska Hartigay and Jodie Foster down a notch.  All three are still on my personal Podium, but Lolo, ah, sweet Lolo, is at  the top.

Oh wait, she's an athlete too?

(And yes, Cat, I seemed to be equally distracted by Cadel and co during the TDF!

I feel bad for Lolo, but it was really fun to watch the silver and bronze medalists.  They were SO excited!  That's the part of the Olympics I love.

Yeah, that definitely sucked watching her hit that hurdle.

I think the others were all so excited because Lolo was such a frontrunner that they never thought they would medal....
