Elite 3221 the desert | Subject: RE: Disneyland 1/2 Marathon This is a very cool race...my 2nd year doing it. Great way to mix vacation and a race. They have kids' races and a 5K they day before the 1/2 too! It's a crowded field (almost 11,000 finishers), but they handle the crowds well. Mark you calendars for Sept 6th next year!

| Extreme Veteran 488 Phoenix | Subject: RE: Disneyland 1/2 Marathon Great race! I got to run the inaugural event back in '06. I absolutely loved the run through the Magic Kingdom! I thought about doing it this year, but it looks like I'll be running with Disney in ORLANDO in January! Woo hoo!! I wanted to do Goofy's Challenge, but it was sold out. The only thing left available was the full marathon, but that will still be fun! Great pics! |
