When mine were that age, there was an awful lot of giggling and laughing, but not much in the way of sleeping. They really shouldn't be called "sleepovers". They should be called "stay up all night overs". Just be careful with the benadryl. Some kids get a paradoxical reaction. Daughter #1 once stayed up for 72 hours straight when she got benadryl. Nothing like a 3 year old with chicken pox who has not slept in 72 hours to make you really appreciate going back to work as a resident whose call schedule meant only being up for 36 hours in a row! |

I only did that a half dozen times and they were ALL when I was flying with my son and he was 3 or under.. Two kids are STILL up.. Mine is asleep and I could never give medicine to a child that isn't my own.. Yeah.. Girls can be bad too in their own way.. I remember driving my dad NUTS on a three day camping trip with my friends Nicana, Lara (another Lara.. not me) and Andrea... My dad is the MOST tolerant person in the world and he was ready to snap.. But we had a TON of fun i have 2 girls. neither sleep. the 6 month old has been up sinve 430, went to bed at 9, woke up 5 times last night and napped for maybe 1/2 hr yesterday. havent slept in 5 years. but i get lots of time to read coj and earn pretty stars |

(eewwww - can't think about that) hmmm. gonna see her soon at HS 20 yr. reunion. will have to ask if she remembers the sour cream and onion oozing down her not yet existant boobs. |

It's only him and another boy and the little brother. My 3-yr old is at grandma's. Oh my, that leaves me home alone with my husband. I hope it works and we don't get any midnight phone calls to pick them up. Boys are loud and physical, though, I totally agree with that. But they are fun and cute and sweet sometimes, which I love. Hope you get some rest tonight!! You are a brave lady for hosting such a large crew!!! |
