Champion 26509 Sydney | Subject: Super Cats Super Hero Super Challenge (April Challenge) Didnt you always want to have a cape? To fly? To have super strength? What about super speed? The premise of the Super Hero Super Challenge is pretty simple… complete this sentence: My super hero power for April is…….Your choice is EITHER: swim, bike, run, strength or any other discipline you can think of BUT you can only pick one. The second thing you need to tell me is what your goal is to achieve super hero status. You goal can be EITHER of the following: - A total distance achieved for the month - A total amount of time spent working out for the month - A total number of workouts for the month (workouts must be a minimum of 15 minutes in duration) This challenge is open to everyone so no goal is too big or too small – you know your own abilities so select something that will challenge yourself or get you to stick to your training plan – its all about YOU! Teams will be announced at the end of March and will be named after Super Heroes to provide you with some inspiration for the month. The role of the team is to provide support, advice and inspiration throughout the month to each other to help each other achieve your own personal goals. I will try to accommodate team requests where possible but it can get a little complicated so all I can promise is to give it a go where possible! Challenge Guidelines:1. Please make sure your team google spreadsheets are up to date at the end of each week so that I can get all the challenge results each Monday 2. The winning team will be determined but the overall % of goal achieved by the team. In the event of a tie, the winner will be decided by the amount of team members who reached their own individual goal. 3. If more than one team reach 100% of their goal a tie will be declared for number 1 4. Individuals who achieve more than their committed goal will not have more than 100% credited 5. In the event of longterm illness or injury team members can withdraw from the challenge or modify a goal but please let me know first and we will use the standard formula 6. All training must be logged in your training log, if its not there it didnt happen! (Im trusting everyone to log their training honestly) Teasing/taunting the other teams is highly recommended and part of the fun. This is a competition after all and a bit of sledging is always entertaining. Just keep it in the spirit of BT. DONT FORGET it is meant to be fun... so if something bothers you just step away from the computer and have a cookie – cookies fix everything! For now sign up below with your super power for the month and your goal, then check back at the end of March for the team details. Any questions just post below in this thread or PM me. Super Cat |

Here's a weird one. I have to type one character for each second that is in a month. Math time - 60 seconds = 1 minute. There are 60 minutes in one hour. 60 x 60 = 3600. |
