Add a "u" and it would say, "Go, Doug, Go!" ... Captantony (Doug) has juggling traveling like a mad-man against training and probably has one of hte best attitudes towards the whole endeaver.

Here's to hoping that all have a great race.

Goodluck athletes!!! Have an AWESOME day!

It looks like the weather might be better than predicted- so far it only looks like rain for a few hours, rather than all day- I hope it stays that way!!

10 minutes to go, may everyone be calm with the all the anticipation in the air.  Race strong and well and finish the day with a smile on their face and "You are an Ironman" in their ear!!

Great start...not too cold today, either.  Smoothish water, a bit of wind, but overall pretty decent conditions.  Just ran back to the condo to drop off the bike pump and Doug's stuff.  Gotta run and see him out of the first loop of the water.  Will update as I can.

Also saw steve and mike before the race....all three (inc. Doug) seemed calm and like they'd done this a million times.

Wootwoot!

Looked up Craig, Steve, Jen, and ATxtri.... for the first loop, they are all coming in at over 2:00 per 100 meter. I wonder if it's choppy again today. Some of the swimmers said it was on Saturday.

I got to it from ironman.com.  There's a box on the homepage for athlete tracking there.

ETA: obviously I should have kept reading before I posted.
