It'll be flat.  I'm doing one the week after E-Man.

And besides, it will be a great place to break in your P2C!!

I have a couple more years before I qualify.

Looks like a fun race and it's on a Saturday.

I was poking around on Piranha's site this morning getting information on this race. I also looked into how their club challenges work. If our "online" community wanted to be considered a club we only have to email them our name and we can be added.

The question is can we use the "BT" name or would we have to come up with something else? CJ said he was checking into it. It seems like we all participate in a bunch of Pirahna events so it would be cool to see how we stand as a group against the more formal clubs.

Just my 2 cents. what does everyone else think?

Interesting stuff there Steve.  I'm still waiting for a message from Marmadaddy so I'll keep checking into that.

That'd be really cool I'd definitely do this race if we had a team.  I want to do a sprint since I decided to do North East instead of Lums.  And the swim is soooo short!!!

Maybe I should do this race.  Heck right now if I just register and "race" than I'll get 1st in my AG... right? Considering I'd be the only one in that AG.

Sounds like a plan.
I keep finding out that my AG usually ends up with the most participants. It's all of us older men going through a mid life crisis.

At least this kind of mid life crisis will actually add years to your life Wink Although it will rob the bank just as much as a fancy new man car...

LOL!  I love the "Team Virtual Tri"!  Then we don't have to worry about using the BT name...

Anyone wanna try and find a house to rent maybe and shake up with a bunch of BT people?

Tried looking for hotels and they are around $100 and I'm trying to look for something a little cheaper. Might be cheaper with a house and we all could split costs for a nice pasta dinner
