Do you train your cycling workouts with a trainer partner? Or cyling groups? Or solely by yourself?

I was doing most of my training with a group but it wasn't allowing me to focus on the training I need (which I discovered in my race last weekend) so I've pulled back from that for now.  I'll join a group on occasion but with very limited training time right now (I've added a 2+ hour commute until I can get moved) I need to make the most of whatever time I have and that's often not what the group wants to do.

By myself 99% of the time.  The slow group around here is too slow, and the real roadies are too fast.   I hope to be able to devote some serious time to bike training within the next year, and then I'll try (and fail, at first at least) to hang with the fasties.  I'm sure that's good training, but makes no sense for me right now.

I guess 80 - 90% of the time by myself. I don't mind so much as I figure I race by myself I might a well train that way. I do like to ride with someone better then me to push me, but schedule etc make it hard.

Besides the occasional get together with other BT'ers every couple of weeks and a ride with the wife I'm normally by myself.

Most rides are solo because of working hours and such.  I enjoy group rides for the socialization as well as working with a faster paced group (or even 1 other person) fores me to work that much hader to maintain my speed and keep up.  I've gained a lot of bike skills and fitness in the group rides I have done this year by doing these rides too.

Most of my rides are solo.  I have a couple of guys I like to ride with, and we push each other just enough.  But work schedules make the group rides a challenge.

I ride almost always alone. I'm not into groups but would like a partner or two occasionally, but my schedule and specific training needs make it hard. When I was in WI training on the IM course I rode with BTers and really loved it. But in the NYC area I tend to be on my own.

I much prefer biking with others but it usually does not work out.
