Well, it depends on what she likes but if you do a search for traithlon jewelry you can find some necklaces, rings, or earrings.

Is there something she's been wanting for her bike? how about a gift certificate at the LRS or LBS. The jewelry idea is GREAT too...

I don't know if a gift is necessary though, her accomplishment is a gift in itself... the fact that you're supportive is awesome!

Frame her bike and run bib.  Include some photos of her in the race.  Her medal if there was one, and the Tri race name and her times engraved, so she can hang it on the wall and show it off to family and friends.

All good ideas above.  I have both a "shadow box" (framed race bib, medal, photos, engraved plate with race and finish time), and jewelry from my first marathon finish and love them both. 

These are pretty cool too (they do custom designs and are really speedy): http://www.heavymedalz.com/I got my BF one with his name and the cutout tri figures after his first 70.3.  He got me the CD with all my race photos, because I wanted it, but wasn't going to get them for myself.  :-)  We've been dating more than a few weeks though, so we were willing to spend a little more than I would if we hadn't been together as long. 

Good luck!  I'm sure she'll appreciate anything, including just a hug and a smile.

Make something. A piece of Jewlry, a framed race photo or something like that. It will mean more than anything you can buy from a store.

If she's just getting into an active lifestyle, there are some sites with really cool running or cycling wear.  Stuff she probably wouldn't buy for herself, but would love to have.

I bought this necklace for two friends who are triathletes as a thank-you gift for helping me through my first race.  The site has some other tri-related jewelry as well.

I 2nd some piece of gear. I love my headsweats visors. Also good- new helmet/ new tri outfit/ etc. All depends on how much you want to spend. Or better yet, a gift certificate to the store and then go with her to help her pick out something!

If there was a photo company there, you might get her some photos (if she doesn't buy them all herself).  My sister-in-law bought me a photo of us both in a race - it was nice of her, because these can be kind of pricey and I wasn't going to buy it myself.
