Pro  3730      NorCal |  Subject: AUGUST PEACH CHALLENGE!For the month of August, it's all about Peach boxes on your calendar. If you have not noticed, when you post a workout, the box for the day turns peach. The goal is 100% Peach for 31 days. Below is my peachy July, with a green stems for racing...be warned peaching can be addictive

I'm just recovering from an injury (Achilles) and although I've been cleared to work out again I'm finding my motivation is really not there - I'm having a hard time dragging myself out anywhere to do anything! Ahhh yes ... when I first started doing yoga about 6-7 years ago it was because I needed a "stretching" class as I was a runner and a gym rat and I was no where near flexible - I couldn't even touch my toes! Now, I can. lol. Practice does make perfect - although as we know there is no "perfect" in yoga. |

I on occasion use yard work as a "workout" ... but only if it's HARD yard work ... if I'm just sitting on the lawn in the sun weeding the flower beds - no way .. but if I'm working up a major sweat with heavy mowing and pruning and edging etc - hecks yeah it's a workout! |
