hola amigos! just flew in last night and im just about ready for a long day of pain but i could use a little help. My garmin 305 has become a paperweight in the past week as it decided to split in half so i was wondering if anyone who's not racing would let me borrow theirs. id really appreciate it!! good luck everyone and i better see you all in the next few days!

I'd offer mine, but the battery has been dying after about 2.5 hours.  Shouldn't take you much more than that to finish right?

Do you leave the background light on all the time?  It kills the battery quickly.

i dont have a spare garmin but of similar importance, the mrs found the giant metal Zima placard that really should be waved at donkeys as they are climbing the hills in Verona.  Anybody want to hold a large metal Zima cut out to cheer with?  It may also be used as a weapon as Mrs Sneaky Pete will confirm.
